I loved this strong young girl that continues her way as she becomes a young woman through the pain of losing her parents. She remains strong as she is tossed about by life and proves she is what her family lovingly nicknamed her as a child; Their Wild Viking Princess. She discovers love at first sight as she leaps from death at sea into the arms of her Prince. Ragna named after her Viking grandmother becomes hopelessly lost in love with Prince Reider as he struggles to regain his throne. Is she truly able to adjust to this different culture away from her English family?

The FitzRam family stories in this collection were defiantly inspired. The author did her research. I enjoyed the distinctively different plot lines and how the openly shared love of the parents guided the children to their mates. Well done.
